Non-max axes can have a lower damage of more than 6.

There is no glitch or anything special here

Ive been playing over a year now and I dont remeber seeing a mod like that on an axe... or any other weapon, shield, offhand, yadda yadda

maybe I never noticed it before

but.... if its a glitch
