Need a price check on a Gold max plagueborn shield

armor +16 req 11 tactics
health +41 while in a stance
dmg recieved -2 while hexed

Req is a bit high, not to mention Tactic's. Dual Traits dont match, but, PlagueBorn shields do look awesome IMO, and the traits arent too bad, a Stance tank fighting some Mesmers, Water/Pyro Eles, or even some Necro's could benefit from the Hex trait.

Of course, I'm still learning the whole PC'ing system, but, I would say 5-10k~, of course, I'm probly wrong, so dont take my PC 100%.
