Hmm, this one is a bit hard to price. The mods aren't that great, but it is req 7. I'd recommend selling this to a PvP player, since you're hexed a lot in PvP, the fast casting may also come in handy sometimes. I'd tentatively price this at around 15k, get a second opinion, though.
