If it wouldn't be too much to ask, I would like to see a male necro with 15k luxon , but instead of the 15k luxon boots, could I see it with bloodstained boots? I just want to know if it looks stupid. And I have a sinking suspicion that it may.

You can get Bloodstained Boots in the Luxon armor art style.

No problem. With Factions you don't have to worry to much about the whole armor fiasco like what was in Prophicies.
