well, this isn't an armour combination, but more of a facial thing. I was messing around with makeover preview tab, and I decided to experiment a bit.

My Mez spotted these fashion victims as she's been working her way through the plot of Proph.
The first definitely deserved the fate she encountered on a Droks Run. There are no words for this.
The second was observed in I believe Gates of Kryta. Green, purple and... teal? *vomit* And the horrible abuse of Tyrian gloves...

Here's a few I spotted yesterday while in GToB...two monks and a warrior. There was also a hideous elementalist but they left before I could get a cap.

I think they spawn in the GToB... Medea had a heyday there yesterday spotting particular offenders (She didn't even bother taking pictures of the ones that were just circus clown dye jobs, as they comprised 50% of the population).
First, we know Dwarf armor is meant to be combined with other ones... but you're doing it wrong.
However, she was the least of these sad folk. Next, Chaos Gloves (a no-no 90% of the time) combined with a horrible dye job. While Medea commends him for sticking to only two colors besides the Awful Gloves, she must emphasize the fact that dying the chest black and the lower body a light color draws the eyes in the wrong direction (also, a note: never dye Obsidian armor white anywhere, unless one intends to look like a zebra or a skeleton.)
This warrior seems to have the opposite problem. By combining a light skirt with a dark, strongly patterned top, 'Dea says, it yanks the eye straight to the chest. Also, the silver and gold do not get along.
The male is unspeakable. The female is fine, aside from being associated with the male and wearing maroon with that remarkable shade of hair.
Apparently the GToB is a haven for aliens. There was one more, a female necromancer, but Medea appreciated the costume's creativity, despite the completely bizarre appearance, and by the time she resolved to take her picture the woman had vanished. These two quite make up for it, though.
Lastly, the GToB seems to have a small but visible population of working girls. The first is only debatably wearing an ugly armor combination, given that she is wearing only 2 articles of clothing, but she did not attempt to don more, and that fact, combined with her expression, forced Medea to accept that the girl intended to be dressed in such a manner. The only puzzling thing about the right woman are her gloves... she must have an... interesting clientele.
