First off, don't use CAPS LOCK. Second off, read the rules of any forum you register to.

Sticky is the Topicsa at the top of a forum with "Stickied" infront of the title.

if you looked there you would know the go red engine thing is just a langauge filter.

What I am sure Hidden in the Mists meant to say was that if you look at the top of this forum, you will see a few threads with the word "Sticky" next to them. This means it is a permanent location for each of these particular threads. Among those that are "stickied" you will find one entitled "Frequently Asked Questions". You will find the answer to your question in there.
