I think you should add Rez Signet. In PvP it is invaluable, and it is good in PvE as well.

I'd say antidote or res as well.

Any caster would love to blind a ranger.

Bring antidote signet if you think you don't have enough monk or the monks aren't as skilled as you'd like them to be. Res Signet if you have very few monk secondary classes in your team with Restore Life or what not.

Dual Shot + Marksman's Wager = 20 energy gain.

Debilitating shot is also a very good skill to have.

Do you guys think Debilitating shot or Distracting shot is better overall? Debil makes them lose 10 energy and Distracting shot interupts and disables skill for 20 seconds. Distr costs only 5 energy and does 1-13 damage, while Debil does less damage and costs 10 energy.

just wondering, but why is read the wind in there?

For your last slot, Id recommend a res sig. If you take out RtW, which I also recommend, put in Debilitating Shot. Its got to be one of the most useful ranger abilities in the game.

read the wind for extra fast arrows for Distracting, Savage shot, giving more chance that it will interrupt

And Also the fact that it adds some dmg to every arrow fired for its duration.
