For nr1 there is/should be a air artifact with +30hp +1air (20%) from some collector. 500-1500g (depends if buyer wants that 3hp difference that bad).

6-28 axe +15% in stance can be gotten from collector. Still I think your axe can be sold for 500-1500g (+5 armor is highest for all damage type but its not popular).
