What sort of wand is it? (Air, fire, etc) Also, what req?

fire wand but what does it matter not like mages really use their wands to atk req lvl 6 firemagic 8-13 not max

So umm why the misleading topic title? "Max Damage".
And yes, elementalists do use their wands to attack. Some builds have large cooldowns and they bring Conjure _____ to supplement those times when spells are recharging.
