do 20/20 item's stack? like a wand with 20/20 and an arti with 20/20 make it 40/40?

I don't believe there is a way to have more than one 20/20, as I don't think wands give 20/20.

yea wands only give say 11-22 damge increase cating time of certain atrbute by 20%

then if you get like a grim resta or challice it give you 20/20
so youw would have 11-22 40/20

i dont know if it stacks

no i mean if i got a fire wand with 20/20 and a fire arti with 20/20 would they stack?

You can't get a fire wand with 20/20, and I don't know if they stack or not.

I'm pretty sure they stack. I was reading a post not to long ago about a guy comaplaining that the guild he wanted to play in as a necro required that he have 40% chance for faster cast time on Death Magic. He couldn't find an item like that in PvE, and didn't want to make a PvP char for some reason. Moral of the story: They most likely stack.

they stack but in 2 times
like you have 2 try to pull a dice with X faces (and not one try with X/2 faces)
so the bad thing is : you get lower chance to trigger the fast cast/recharge
the good thing is : you can get fast cast/recharge 2 times in a single spell

I don't think the chance here is actually that ammount of chance. I think it's the amount you increase the skill recharge/casting with. I'm not sure, but that seems logical, since then it would be something like this:

Increases skill recharge using ... skills 20% (chance :20%)

mmmh i think the recharge/fast cast improves ALWAYS by 20% (20% is correct, according to guide) but you have X chance and this % are not related each other, imho
