Post-Searing.... Quests or Mission First?

Hi all, new to the board. I have a quick question.

I arrived in Post-Searing not too long ago I have one Mo/W that is L9 and a W/Mo that is L11. With my W/Mo I have been doing alot of the quests in this region.

I was wondering though before I continue my journey should I focus on the missions or the quests first or vice-versa? I ask because, In Pre-Searing you do the quests then the mission.

It all depends on you. Quests give you items and skills, but aren't necessary, while missions just give you exp and foward the plot.

If you've got a monk, I would think you'd want to go questing for Resurrection at least.
