New armor crafter... with pants!

Ok they need to add a new armor crafter in the UW or something you can get after hell's precipice. I have the necro scar pattern and I really want pants. The 8k scar has undies, and I saw a pick of a necro with FoW scar and its still undies. I really want a crafter that can make me pants with energy. And maybe even new cool looking head gear. I like my 8k scar but I can't change even the red on my underwear. Looks kinda dumb with green hair, and a dark green scar pattern. It would be nice to actually wear pants, or shorts.
