Ugh Please Help

Hey guys, I'm having trouble with guildwars.

Nothing major, it's just that I'm getting some lag when I move around sometimes.

I always feel like it's slow and lagging, just a bit, it's very irritating.

My connection is DSL.
My Location is HI
My Bandwidth is as follows: DSL/Cable 675.5 kbps

I don't want to upgrade my Bandwidth though.
I know that it'll run faster, but at a price of $499 a mo? For t1 and t3???
Thats simply ridiculous and out of the question for me, currently.
My current price with DSL is $30 a mo, as if that aint a pain in the ass itself.

Well, could you guys please help me out. Post any Comments, Suggestions.

Well the problem doesn't have to be your internet connection. It could very well be your computer specs. Could you list them?

This game runs on 56k, so yeah post your specs and let us take a gander.
