As with most other rare axes you can probably get 10-15k or so from a true collector. It has a few big drawbacks though. No dmg mod and it is purple which will hurt the price considerably.

Thanks guys. About what I figured. 15k isn't really worth the haggle. I'll keep it as a noob axe for a warrior character if I ever make one until I find a better weapon. At least then it'll be +20% customized.
