It seems to me this skill is impossible to unlock for a PvP premade, if its not then where might I find it as iv searched the priests of Balthazaar at Lions Arch, Droknars forge, Denravi etc. etc.
If its impossible to unlock then wtf?

It can be unlocked as reward for a quest. The quest is from Envoy Ero, at Druid's Overlook. The quest is Mysterious message. You can buy it from Tengsao in Amnoon Oasis. Try checking out the skills section of this website. Clicking on a spell name says where you can get it or cap it. Many of the spells are available as a reward for quests.

Im not trying to unlock the skill for a PvE elementalist, but for a PvP premade.
I recently unlocked ether prodigy, even though I didnt have an ele in any of my 4 character builds.
I want this skill to play around with in PvP premade only, what priest of Balthazaar unlocks it? As iv tried all the high level priests I can think of and cant find it.
