Pure Mes Degen/Interrupt:
Migraine, Conjure Phantasm, Arcane conundrum, leech signet, power drain, drain enchant, mantra of persistence and what?
What would fit good in the last blank?
I am looking at points in Fast Cast, Illusion, Blood and Curses. What should the Att points look like? Is covering 4 catagories spreading myself too thin?

I think you are spreading yourself too thin to be effective at either.
Also, Power Drain, Leech Signet and Mantra of Persistence are from the Inspiration line.
Seems you like Illusion and Inspiration so:
If you want interruption try Illusion + Inspiration/Domination.
Or if you want degen try Illusion + Curses/Blood (not both).

I wouldn't go blood at all if I were you, though if you did want to use 4 stats

Those would be decent end game stats for someone who wants to run four stats. 2 stats at level 10 should be quite promising, and the lvl 8 skill isn't weak, but it's not good either.
If u go all curses and ignore blood, then you'd end up with Rend Enchantments as your last skill slot. Ditch Drain Enchant, aside from energy, you're not really going to do much if the enchantment drained isn't to ur stats.
You want to degen and you want to interrupt, well Curses and Illusion with a touch of Inspiration or domination is your goal.
7+1 fast casting
10+2 Illusion
9+1 inspiration/domination
10 curses
Conjure Phantasm
Phantom Pain
Power Leak / Power Spike / Power Drain [depending on situation / stats]
Energy Drain / Power Block [both elites]
Mantra of Persistance
Faintheartedness
Shadow of Fear
Rend Enchantments
This could help ya out I hope. Longer lasting Conjure and Phantom Pain coupled with Faintheartedness will ensure a degen of 10 pips [with current stats]. Not good by most standards but it does add to your entire team's dps and ignores armor. The Power X and Elite skills will hinder and interrupt your enemy as needed. Shadow of Fear lasts longer than enfeebling blood so we'll get that warrior control skill and Rend will counter any HoT spells to counter your DoT hexes. For a little while anyway. Hope this helps! ^_^
Btw, since it is a hex based build, be wary of the Remove Hex spammers and Convert Hex skills. You MUST Power Block them. In order for your hexes to do their thing.
