Sticky thread request...

Having lurked this forum (with occational postings as a result) I have noticed that a few recurring themes are apparent in a lot of posts. Would it be possible to make an "editors choice" thread with good suggestion threads that redundant posts can be merged into?

Maybe a bit too much work for the poor moderators, but a thought none the less
