i dont really like the received dmg -1,2,or 3. it doesn't matter much.. heh, but its nice to have a extra mod on there![HP is what most important]
i personally don't think it would go for much. i would either keep it, or give it to a guildy whos in need of a shield.
if sell, i honestly don't think you can get over 5k for it.
