Elite in bar plus signet of capture?

I have one elite skill so far and want to start picking up a few more. But I have a question about how this will work.

Since you can only have 1 elite skill in your bar, what happens if I equip my one elite and then use a signet of capture to get another? Will it let me capture a new one while I have another one equipped or do I have to go out with only the signet of capture?

If you have an elite in your skill bar, and cap another one, it works like normal (you get the skill, nothing else happens in bar), but when you get to a town, one of the elites automatically leaves.

One day while me and a friend were doing the Iron Mines of Maladune Mission...we both brought our cap signets to grab a new elite. I already had Battle Rage (E) with me.
I captured Cleave (E), and instantly all of my adrenaline was disabled. I could not gain adrenaline the rest of the mission...once I got back to town and both elites weren't on, I didn't have to worry about it. So, bugs can happen when you have 2 elites on your bar...most likely if they are two adrenal elites.

You are still gaining addranline, but it just doesn't show it.

For the OP's question. iF you bring a elite and a SoC, you can cap another elite and use it normaly. But once you zone to anywere, the elite you capped is taken off your bar.
