Purge Conditions and Capture Signet

Where can I find Purge Conditions and a Capture Signet?

To get the Signet of Capture, you have to complete a quest in Lions Arch from a Magi on a hill. You can find a listing of elite skill locations here:

Since Purge Conditions is NOT an elite, that page won't have it. You can get Purge Conditions from Gate Guard Hollis's quest "Supplies for the Duke." He can be found in the far northwest corner of the zone just outside Ascalon City. If you want to spend a skill point, it can be found on Captain Osric at Yak's Bend.

Signet of Capture can also be bought in pretty much every major (and most minor) towns after Kryta.
