Hi,

I'm a level 10 W/mo, but I have still got my starter Armour. Now, where can I get some good armour?

I know you can ask some armourers to make armour for you, but isn't there a place where you can buy armour, already made?

You can't buy "ready-made" armor. At armor crafters, you need to provide the parts. You can trade items to collectors, but the armor they provide is not as good as what you can have crafted.
