Give 'em some time. Req's are a tad high, health benefits are mid-range... but I don't price things so I don't know

Maybe 5k max since req is high and health while in stance is not the most useful mods.

i have tried to sell a 11 tactic one with 19hp and -2 dmg for 5k. Later merchant at LA took it.
