i dont know wether to go down the energy denail line, or interruption line.
eg. taking lots of energy away with Inspiration or
stopping casters from casting.

i have:
Marksmens Wager [E]
Distracting Shot
Debilitating Shot
Pin Down
Read The Wind (for added speed)
Guilt
Power Spike
Power Leak

I was wondering is there a better Elite skill i could use? or more ranger skills that i could use to interrupt. I dont like Savage shot because it is too slow.

It may be difficlt to interupt with power leak/spike since I think you need to finish firing your current arrow before it gets cast. Read the Wind is my least favite prep cus it is so short in duration, so I would take it out. You already have an elite preperation anyways.

i finr power leak and spike easy to use, and they are good for interrupting mages.

i was thinking of using Read the Wind and using Punishing Shot as my elite. but i dont know

Im finding that the best Elite Spell for a ranger is "Melandru's Resilience". There is nothing more satisfining than getting 4-8 conditions and hexes cast on you by a Me or Ne and have 10 pips UP in your health bar. That must irritate the hell out of them. Further now you have stopped them for casting these conditions on other party members for a while, and you don't take dam. from it for 18 sec.

what skill could i switch with Read the Wind?
i dont use Wilderness Survival, so no skills from that.

Use spirit of faborble winds, its making your arrows twice as fast and +6 dmg, and u dont have to raise the Wildness surrvival because its on Marksmanship

ok i have been reading more R/Me topics and instead of interruption i think ill go with Energy Denial, for 1. i hate constantly looking at my enemies health bar to see what skill they are using (icon below health) and then having to react at that split second.
im not so good with timing, and i think i would be better off screwing them up.

Energy Tap costs you 3 seconds that you arent firing or interupting. Out for Whirling D if you ask me. Pin Down is overrated. Swap for somethin else.
