Dmg +13% when hp is above 50%
Axe mastery+1 (19% chance)

How much might i be able to sell this for? Any advice would be appreciated.

I think you can get around 100k maybe more or less because quite a few people are looking for summit axes. I think it's because they are rare and have good looking graphic/art.

this is not a Perf Axe... i own a Perfect Summit Axe myself, mine definitely go for above 100k... i guess u can aim for 100k too i guess.. but i doubt ull get above 70k.

I have bought a 6-28 axe with 13% for about 20k (no other mods) & auctions around here end up around that mark with those axes.

(I cant remmember what a summit axe looks like so that might drive the price upwards, the +1 weapon 19% skill mod is nice but I dont look for prices on those so that might drive it up also).
