It's a salvage item, I think.

You might get better results from asking what the Vamp haft (or grip?) in the hammer is worth, or searching here for the it.

I usually pay about 40%-50% of market for the salvage item I'm after when I buy it and have to salvage it myself.

lol what if it doesnt salvage :P but yeah id salvage that. The dmg is way too low i think.
