skill setup?

I now have like 10 skills and only 8 slots ... gee like u didnt know that

well i cant seem to set my new 2 for one of the bottom 8 ... how do i del / add the skills on the bottom ... i tried using the "k" or skills screen and theres no button or ne thing

at and only at a town/outpost you can drag and drop and arrange as you want

on a mission/quest/explorable area what you have is it
