Character models that evolve slightly with level.

What i want would be to able to choose body types. I mean all warriors are the same except for their height. Like a fat character or a slim character, etc. and for women different size breasts? lol jk

The milk shake
that would be great but i wouldnt want my char to get old or anything from age. It would be ugly *Female Ranger Druids Armor* with white hair and pruny wrinkled skin >.<

They are already hideously big enough! lol |
I like the idea that they'll transform as they go along... and I prefer it with time and not level. Maybe the warrior will finally get in shape after 80 hours of running around in platemail.

And I would be right there with them
This is a badass idea!

Yeah, looking unique in this game is important, for example, we could personalize our own armor, why not? [just a plus: They did this in NWN (Never Winter Nights), everyone looks great and unique].
Some nice things would be the looks on the char's face, for example, when u pass the gap of, i don't know 2 000 0000 XP, you get for example (another plus: could use command /XP, like /rank) fiery blue eyes, angel/daemon wings, a shield that looks different on your hand...
Since in the real life we all look unique, why not in this game?

I totally support this idea. Maybe after a couple of expansions are released we'll see something like this in the game.

I think that subtle character changes as a reward is a great idea; however, imo, these changes (battle scars, badges etc.) should be rewarded for accumulation of XP as opposed to time played or level.
GW was designed to reward combat experience instead of time played.
Although we are already rewarded (post lvl 20) with skill points, these are not visible to other players. It would be nice to distinguish between "runners" & power levellers and those with high accumulated XP. XP is accumulated by completing tasks and killing things. Is this not the basic "point" of the game?
Farmers are rewarded with items, gold and subsequently, high level armour.
PvP players are rewarded with rank and faction.
Rewarding a char with identifiable "battle scars" for every 100k of post lvl 20 XP would be a nice addition.

I want to be able to drink 50 dwarven ales and get a beer belly for a month.

dude how is a warrior FAT? look at those big pecks and ripped abs
i think there should a characters look should change with his secondary, such as my W/N would get some kind of dead evil look to him

This idea is class, i think variety is something sorely lacking in GW at the moment and yours is one of the best solutions i've heard.

It should be like unlocking skills, you can choose to change something, but you wouldn't have to. Scars every 100k of exp would make quite a few characters look like zombies. The hair dye thing I don't like too much, but changing hair style should be done. Even if it were the existing hair models we have right now. The only problem is not the graphics, they can handle it, obviously, since they handle it right now as well, but the added info on the server, since there's a lot more variables on individual characters if we add scars, tattoos and such. And of course, modellers would have to remake entirely new models for everything, which is going to take very long.
/signed but I figure it's not likely to happen

i'd like this done, and about the grinding issue, simple make it happen ONLY after completing MISSIONS (ya damn skippers! ) this makes ppl play the actual game (u don't like redoin the missions...tough, stop deleting your characters ) on the flip side, it could happen when u do the quests which get u skills...since everyone does them (to my knowledge), this would make since cause you gain a skill...

Well..actually..i think visual badges would be nice..and maybe...becos most of us have 2 professions... our base armour could evolve into somethin cooler..for example...W/Ns start off with normal armour...but becos theyre secondary necros, the armour would grow some spikes and thorns and become darker...just my idea
almightytom
it would be cool. the only problems is the ridiculous amoutn of extra processing power that the servers and client computers would require to not only show the different variations of each class, but also different variations of each of those variations would be astounding. i see it as a possibility in the future, but not any time soon.
TwilightOblivion
heres an Idea, maybe you get something if you complete all missions and their bonuses for a region?
