[Buying] 15% DMG Bonus Axe

I want one of these axes:

6-28 Damage
Dmg: 15% (While health is above 50%)

6-28 Damage
Dmg: 15%
Armor -10 (While Attacking)

6-28 Damage
Damage 15%
-5 Energy

I want only a: Spiked Axe, Sickle, or Chaos Axe (I can afford now, been farming alot) I ONLY want 15% with the axes. Enchantment length or axe mastery are prefered upgrades, but the haft doesnt matter, i will add cheap upgrades (icy, zealous)

You don't think you can afford a Chaos and you want a Sickle?!

Sickle axes have to be the rarest of axes and finding one that is max damage with those mods is crazy. I will straight up pay anyone 5k if they can show me a Max Dmg Gold Sickle regardless of mods.
