Thunderhead Keep bonus is bugged?

My last group lit the 2 beacons as soon as possible and killed a bunch of Mursaats but we ended up to see only mission is complete. How can it be done? When are you supposed to get the bonus credit? I've searched this forum but it didn't help me. I'm so tired to PUG because there are only few decent groups.

from my experince beating that level if you light both beacons within 30 seconds after clearing the fort you will get the bonus automatically at the start of the final cutscene.
After killing Dorian you should see the sword and shield at the start of the cutscene with 1000xp no skill point. At the very end of the cutscene you will see another sword and sheild with another 1000xp and a skill point.

Yes, always have two people running for the beacons as soon as the cutscene is aborted or done. Make clear who goes left and right though 
But that always worked for me and it seems to help for the overall mission as well because the Mursaat are coming in very small groups then (2 Jades or 1 Jade, 1 Elementalist etc.)
