WTB good shield with 14armor, 6 tactics req exactly

I have a very specific build that allows me only 6 points of tactics, and I'm Warrior secondary so I have no strength.

My current shield:
(Wooden Buckler I think?)
14 armor
Quick recovery from Crippled
+27 health (while enchanted)
req 6 tactics

I'd like a shield with 14 armor, 6 tactics required, and a better mod than that. Significant HP while enchanted would be nice, or something else good. It'd also be nice if it looked cool, but not necessary.

Hope someone has something! I'll pay pretty well since this is so specific, perhaps on the order of 10k+ if the mods are superb and the shield looks good.

If you could sneak in one more point of tactics, I have a 16 armor Skeleton shield with +5 Armor vs. Fire with only a 7 tactics req.
