Altheas ashes problem

Ok, so i'm on Altheas ashes, and I defeated all the char on that temple-top place, and I'm right on the little green marker, and I see a Charr alter...but when I click it...it does nothing. What do I have to do to get her ashes?!? I dont have a urn or anything

I think you're supposed to have received the Barradin Family Urn from Duke Barradin when you accepted the "Althea's Ashes" quest. Clicking on the altar with the urn in your posession causes it to become Althea's Ashes (graphic looks like Glittering Dust), which you then take back to the Duke to get your reward.

if that doesnt work just by it from some1 then go outside in the wild drop it pick it up it should br a mission complete and u do need the barradin family urn like mind wallabay said
