I have to agree, I cannot for the life of me find these leather belts. And I guess no one in game knows either cause I offered outlandish cash for some out of frustration and still had no takers. If anyone knows EXACTLY where to find these let a brother know.

They are goten from the bandits in the Villany Of Galrath(sp?) quest.

Uhh also, there is some bandits not sure which way of Fort Ranik, you can find some and get leather belts. Or just go back to pre searing and kill bandits North-West of Ashford Abbey
