Rare crafting material Damask

ok im lookin into the 15k areomancers armor. and it says i need damask. i went to the rare material trader and she was selling for a prety high price. I was wondering if i could find a materialist not in town that you can get it from cheaper and faster. sitting there and buying like 50 of those from rare materials trader would take forever. I appreciate the help.

There is a Rare Material Crafter around around Droknar's Forge region. Positive it is in Mineral Springs along the western edge. I do know there are other Rare Crafters, but that's the only one I can remember.

Artisan Rudger might make it, he's outside of Yak's Bend, you talk to him for Missing Artisan. I don't know if he makes it or not but it's not hard to get to him so it's worth a shot.

Artisan Rudger from Missing Artisan quest? He's in Ascalon Foothill (outside yak's bend). I happened to note down what he has last night. Here's the list
1. Clay Brick - 1 Brick of Mud, 1 Glittering Dust, 20g
2. Tempered Glass Vial - 5 Glittering Dust, 20g
3. Leather Square - 5 Tanned Square, 50g
4. Vial of Ink - 4 Plant Fiber, 1 Tempered Glass Vial, 20g
5. Lump of Charcoal - 10 Wood planks, 200g
6. Spirtwood Plank - 5 Wood planks, 10 Glittering Dust, 100g
7. Linen - 5 Plant Fiber, 200g
8. Steel Ingot - 10 Iron Ingot, 1 Charcoal, 200g
