Strange Ranger Armor Piece

At the very bottom it shows a unique looking Studded Leather Leggings Piece. I was just curious what's with the rest of the set or with just that one piece. Has anyone else seen this before?

It's a bug with the graphic for them, nothing else. the actual piece of armour itself doesn't look like that.

Yep, I'm seeing the same thing. I can only guess they forgot to update that particular graphic with the last update.

I understand that makes sense. I think I remember someone wearing armor like that in Tombs when my team was fighting them. I'm guessing the entire set was bugged at the time.
