Question about Damage, Enchanting mod, and Holy Damage

1. Do all skills like Conjure Flame, Cleave, Power Attack do damage that ignores armor? Or is the damage added into your base damage and counted with armor?

2. When using a XX% enchanting mod, do enchantment times round to the nearest number? For example 20% on 18 secs would be 21.6 secs, 20 secs, or 22 secs?

3. Does Holy damage ignore armor? If so, why does Judges' Insight also give +20% armor penetration?

1. Conjure flame is affected by armor.

Cleave etc etc, the initial damage is affected then it adds the damage from the spell without armor.

2. It would be 21 seconds. It ALWAYS rounds down to the nearest whole number. 21.999999 still is 21 seconds.

3. No clue.

1. only those skills that say "ignores armor" or "+xx% armor penetration" modify dmg because of armor penetration. The dmg done is weapon + skill mitigated by armor. With armor penetration no damage is added, technically it is just protection removed from the target, so it looks like your hitting for more.

2. IIRC rounding is down to whole seconds.

3. Holy damage is double damage to undead. Fiery is double damage to ice creatures. Icy is double damage to fire creatures, and so on. The armor penetration aspect of Judge's is independent from the holy damage part.

Judges Insight increases armor penetration and flags the damage as being holy damage. However, holy damage does not ignore armor by default, only all the spells ignore armor. The change into holy damage is just there to own some undeads or Necros in Tormentors Set.

no no no no. Lets say you're using like power attack with it doing +28 damage. Then lets say you hit someone for 30 damage. If you used power attack you would have done 58 damage. The 28 is NOT affected by armor.
