need necromancer weapon

which requirement are you looking for? i have a good blood necro staff, tell me if thats what you need; energy+10, 11-22dmg (max), improves recharge AND casting speed by 20% for blood magic. requierement of 9 blood magic

no such thing as health plus 15%

health +10-30 mod

what are you requiring ... blood, death, curses? fire magic?

Dmg 11-21
Energy +10
Energy +3
Improves Casting Speed (Chance 10%)
Armor +6 (vs. physical attacks)

if you're after a good staff with bonuses to casting speed i'd be looking for a collector staff with 20/20 for whichever attribute and then be modding it with a good wrapping and head

yeah ... I would suggest the collectors item death staff ... then add on your fortitude wrapping and any sort of head ...

fyi the fire staff collector offers
Fire Staff (energy+10, fire dmg:11-22, req. 9 fire magic, 20/20) for 5 frigid hearts ... I have one but sell collectors stuff for 1 plat unmodded

you can get it for cheaper by doing the leg work getting 5 frigid hearts and trading it to the collector yourself ...
