Migraine & Arcane Conundrum

Do Migraine & Arcane Conundrum stack if cast on a single target? Meaning a 2 second cast would become an 8 second cast?

does nobody know this?

150% on a 2second cast is 3 seconds

8 seconds from a 2 second cast would be 400%

It capped at +150% cast time, meaning you can put both hexes on them, but you'll only get half the effect from the second one, and if they're dazed as well, they won't take any longer to cast, despite having 3 effects that double cast time.

Take for example, Remove Hex, which takes 2 seconds to cast. With Arcane Conundrum it will take 4 seconds, and with both Arcane Conundrum and Migraine it will take 5 seconds. Overall, you're generally just better off taking only one- I'd recommend Arcane Conundrum, and use something else for your elite skill.
