Anyone know where I can find the 15% dmg above 50% health ascalon bow at?
I think it comes with a shocking string too but im not positive.

EDIT: I found it its from Nord tonegrimm for 5 Frozen Shells.

Collector outside Port Sledge, but the one I got did not have a shocking string.
