Need tankbuster build!

Anyone have an idea to stop/kill enemy tanks that pick on my monk/casters?
Pref Nec/Mes or Mes/Nec!

I'm not gonna create an entire build for you, but I can give you a few suggestions. Get a skill to slow people down, that way monks can run away if they have to. Try using a mesmer skill that does damage to the target when they attack. Could also try the one that makes it so they can't gain adrenaline. I would also throw a few health degen spells in there to even things out. One last thing you might wanna look into if you have the space is a spell that reduces the amount of healing a target receives as their monks will probably be healing their warriors.
