Hey i was thinking about spamming and my mind fell on water trident + archane echo but you cant add echo cause trident is an elite skill....so i looked at stone daggers and i thought OMGWtFPWNDUNOOB!!!?
Stone daggers + archane echo + echo must be the greatest spamming skill

(also flare can be used but i think this would be fun to try)

Ehh... You can already spam stone daggers and flare, echoing them would just be a pointless waste.

Except that both Stone Daggers and Flare have a terrible energy-to-damage ratio, and instantaneously recharge anyway, so echo'ing them is a complete waste.

Arcane Echo'ing Water Trident is possible because Arcane Echo is a non-elite, more restrictive (echoes spells/enchantments/hexes only), more taxing than its elite counterpart Echo - but unlike Echo it can copy elite skills.

Arcane Echo'ing Water Trident can be useful because Water Trident does decent damage and will frequently knock down a target hoping to escape your spam, but has a 3s recharge time which would otherwise stop you from spamming it.

Arcane Echo is quite fun with Vampiric Gaze. Relatively fast casting + recharge anyway, and high damage ignoring armour. Can really rack damage up pretty quick

Except that the damage from Vampiric Gaze is barely more than Flare/Stone Daggers, except at twice the energy, so even if you manage to keep up with the tremendous energy costs, your damage output will be inefficient compared to already very inefficient spells. Ofcourse the self-preserving aspect of Vampiric Gaze would mean lots of healing on you, but if your health is full this is wasted, and shouldn't be considered when you're aiming for maximum damage anyway.

Arcane Echo'ing (or just Echo'ing, we're not talking elites here anyway) Touch of Agony would make more sense, although it sacrifices a lot of health in the long run you can do similar armour-ignoring damage with this, but at a faster pace, at half the energy, and combining this with Dark Aura (preferably cast on you by a second necromancer nearby) will almost double the damage output. But you could also just take Dark Pact/Touch of Agony and skip the Echo'ing hassle altogether.
