ok so 1st i got lucky and got 45k which for me is alot, so i wanted to buy the new necrotic armor for necros. (well the body and legs) so i go into a group and we fight from Draknor's Forge to the granite citedel. i get there and theres 2 armors bonelace and cultist. i knew it wasnt bonelace so i thought it was cultist. i got all the materiels and bought the armor, then AFTER i bought it i put it on and it look almost exactly the same as what i was wearing before (Fanatic). Then i find out that its in Grotto....

now im broke and theres no way to get money. i have been trying everything. lately i have been going to UW and FOW. and all my drops are crap i have only gotten 1 ecto out of my 4 long trips. god the GW staff has killed almost every good way to make cash. before the update i sold unid runes to pvp players. now i really cant. so please someone tell me a good way to make money.

if u dont want to say on forums my IGN is Black Helll.

Next time, double, even triple check information before you go out and make large purchases. It will save you next time.

The good news out of all of this is that when the 15k cultist armour is updated, you'll be one of the first people to have/see it.

That's an unfortunate piece of luck there..but as mentioned, hopefully at some point the developers will release new artwork for the cultist armour.
In the meantime, there are still plenty of areas that are able to be done solo. The key to a steadily growing gold balance for me has been, rather than hoping for a big score via a rare weapon or valuable rune, consistently sell everything you pick up and salavage. Materials are a reasonablly good source of income, particularly in the later game areas in which you can salavage steel and leather, etc. It's not hard at all to make a few thousand gold per hour.

Think of it as hunting for lots of plentiful small game rather than spending days stalking an elephant....
