Health +xx shields are much rarer than enchanted, stance or hexed ones, and ofcourse much better. Enchantments are stripped, stance isnt permanent and you have no control of when you are hexed.

So, take control of your destiny, and grab one of these shields!

Ok, that sounded like a silly promo, but its true nevertheless

Note that 30 is the max mod for +Health always. So, shield 1 is as good as it gets.
