check em out if ya want ... and they are all cheap. I also have a gold 15% above 50% mursaat but that just doesn't seem to fit into the category of what your asking for.

I've got a max dmg hammer with +13% > 50 on my auction that starts bidding at 1K (pretty cheap IMHO, and meets your requirements quite well). Bidding ends in 24 hours, so why not give it a bid?
