Spent a good amount of time in FoW last night, RIGHT AFTER America regained favor.
One thing I noticed is how Awful the drops were. Spent about 2.5 hours there and it was not pretty as far as drops.
NE1 else notice this lately with fissure?

I've been noticing this since day one. Once in a while some good stuff would drop but not very diffrent from anyother area. I just stopped going to fow to get good items and I just go for the quests. Never get your hopes up there.

I helped someone get a spider from UW 2 nights ago. I didn't get any ecto, or anything else of substance for that matter. 2 Shields of the Wing, thats it really. And they were AR15.

I spent about 2 hours in UW with a group of 6 yesterday doing quests and smite run. As a whole, our group got 6 ectoplasms, 2 storm bows (1 gold and 1 blue), and 1 purble eternal shield along with many glittering dusts.

yeah i spend a good 2 hours in there with a group of 8 that widdled down to 6 and no one got any good loot, no ecto, no gold or purple items, im not even sure if any blue items dropped, we did a whole smite run and tried our luck at fighting up the hill against obsidian behemoths, it was a trapper group btw and we were all outta rez.

i wonder what kind of drops you are expecting, i always get a massive amount of cash from fissure runs, in 15 minutes i usually get at least 5k worth of stuff, unless i am in a mentaly challenged group

The drops have never been that great for me but i keep going back to UW to get all the xp from the quests for skill points. FOW has never really interested me as a find it a lot easier to play UW and get xp while selling my drops to merchants and making enough money to just buy my own ectoplasm and shards.

I don't just go down to Underworld just for smite runs. Doing quests and killing everything else. Drop rates are the same for me.

FoW is not for "drops" outside finding max dmg dragon swords, fellblades and chaos axes.
The real drop in FoW is Obsidian Shards, for Obsidian armor of course.
I too would like to see some rare versions of drops, but it's not neccessary.
