Edit: I just noticed that I didn't put the items up. It says my file is too big, anyone know how to make the file smaller? Anyways, I just typed it all up.

Save it in a different format. The size difference between .bmp and .jpg is huge. just change the format by saving into a different format and then check the file size before you post it.
