Just keep these things in-mind while deciding on your price:
0st it's a FDS. popularity has gone down drasticly (it's still nice to look at, but also unless their new to the game)
1st it's a FDS. fire hilt is not replaceable.
2nd it's a hp<50%. not alot of ppl pay alot for these.
3rd what is the req.? 7-10 would be attractive to ppl, 11-13 not so attractive.
4th a range of price would be 10k+++/-. (depending on buyer, you just never know these days.)
5th adding a 2nd mod might attract buyers, but it also might not. (most ppl might already saved up on upgrades and just need a clean sword. you never know)
