Im sorry to tell you, but that bow isnt anywhere NEAR max. Max is 15-28. I doubt anyone will buy that for 10k. Heck, it would be a stretch to sell a 15-27 damage bow for 10k, because there is always something better then it. It does have REALLY nice stats though, just not near enough damage.
