Is there a monk icon that requires or improves smiting prayers? If so, where can I find the collector for it?

No there is no focus for smiting. I wish there was though. The collector staff is really good. It has 20/20 Smiting. and if you get an insightful head for it, could end up with more energy w/o penety.
