Price Check (possible Sell) on Max DMG Gold axe

for those that do not see the picture, the stats are as follows:

War Axe of Fortitude (Rare(Gold))
Slashing Damage: 6-28 (req.12)
Damage +13% (While health is above 50%)
Health +29

i would say about 15-25k simply because of that 29 HP on there.
