skills from quests

Hi, is there a list of what skills you can get from quests anywhere? Aren't these essentially "free" skills, not costing money or skill points, so wouldn't you want to get as many of them as possible before buying one that you could get for free?

It's almost entirely complete. Note that the Magi Malaquire quest gives you two Signet of Captures, one in order to complete the quest and another as a reward.
